The Pkw.K1 Typ82 was a military vehicle built by the Volkswagen of Germany during World War II. Its simple structure, ease of maintenance, low fuel consumption, and excellent off-road capability made it very popular among German soldiers, leading to its widespread use in German military units. It was dubbed the "Lightning Horse". Because of its boxy appearance resembling a square barrel, it gradually earned the nickname Bucket Car. Most importantly, its outstanding performance on the battlefield made it one of the symbols of the German army during World War II.
