Tiger I Mid-Production kit represents the tank (numbered ‘217’) of Oberleutnant Otto Carius that participated in a short but sharp tank battle in the village of Malinava in Latvia on 22 July 1944. During WWII, Carius accounted for more than 150 enemy tanks.
