This new kit allows modelers to construct a Pz.Kpfw. IV Ausf. H Late-Production tank with Zimmerit. If builders wish to add Zimmerit texture themselves, then plain armor surfaces are included in the box to which putty can be added and appropriately textured. This allows modelers to build the exact pattern that they want. However, most will probably opt for the convenience of Dragon’s marvelously molded Zimmerit, where the patterned surface is accurately and realistically rendered on major parts like the turret, glacis, upper hull, lower hull, rear panel and front/rear fenders. Other highlights of this kit are that the hull schurzen has been recreated in metal to achieve scale thickness. Various decal markings are also provided in the box, as a collection of photo-etched metal parts. Never before has a Panzer IV H Late-Production kit been so convenient and versatile.
